China dominates badmintonChina dominated the AYOF badminton competition although the Malaysian pair got them in the women's double.

Encouraging win for Australian badminton pair on Day 1Jacqueline Guan and Gronya Somerville had a straight sets win over Great Britain in the doubles component of the Team event. Australia 1 did go down 1-4 to the Brits and Australia 2 lost 0-5 to Malaysia on Day 1 of the 2013 AYOF.
