2013 Australian Youth Olympic Festival launchTo mark 50 days to go until the 2013 Australian Youth Olympic Festival the AOC hosted a launch event at Sydney Olympic Park. AOC President John Coates and superstars Lauren Jackson (basketball), Matthew Mitcham (diving), Jessica Fox (canoe/kayak - slalom) and Murray Stewart (canoe/kayak - sprint) threw their support behind the AYOF and there was a demonstration of basketball 3x3 with athletes from the NSW Institute of Sport.
2013 AYOF launched in styleThe launch of the 2013 AYOF has been held at Sydney Olympic Park 50 days out from the start of the Festival. Matt Mitcham, Jess Fox, Lauren Jackson and Murray Stewart were all on hand to kick start the event.
