Perkins takes on new Games roleOne of Australia's greatest Olympic swimmers, Kieren Perkins, will be an Athlete Liaison Officer for the 2012 Australian Olympic Team, supporting the Aussie athletes as they compete in London.
Perkins and Hackett's final showdownThe 1500m freestyle was a race for all Australians. Youngster Grant Hackett challenged his idol Kieren Perkins, reigning 1992 and 1996 Olympic champion, for the 1500m crown.
