Golden Nugget: A world first - Dawn FraserDawn Fraser of
Australia, considered to be the greatest swimmer in the world from the late
fifties until her enforced retirement after the Olympic Games in 1964. She
won the 100m freestyle title in three successive Games, 1956 to 1964 and
altogether took eight Olympic medals.
